Gene Minetti appeals pro se the district courts order denying his application to proceed in forma pauperis. Minetti contends that the district court erred by not affording him an opportunity to submit objections to the magistrate Judges recommendation. We have jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. S 1291. We review for abuse of discretion, see Tripati v. First Natl Bank & Trust, 821 F.2d 1368, 1369 (9th Cir. 1987), and we affirm.
